Ferhat Can Büyük Performs with Borusan Philharmonic Orchestra

The Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of its Honorary Conductor Gürer Aykal, presents a distinguished program in its second concert of the season, bringing together national identity and a universal musical vision. The evening’s soloist is the young-generation pianist Ferhat Can Büyük, who stands out for his technical command and expressive lyricism. Ferhat Can will give a recital at the Süreyya Opera Concert Hall. The architecture of the hall, which was completed in 1927, was inspired by some theater buildings in Berlin at the time. This magnificent hall, which was restored by the Kadıköy Municipality in 2005 and brought back to Kadıköy music lovers, hosts concerts by many musicians. Ferhat Can Büy ük will play selected pieces from the Romantic period, considered the golden age of the piano, in his concert program.

Ferhat Can Büyük is performing at Adana Metropolitan Municipality Concert Hall. Within the scope of ÇDSO 2023 / 2024 season program, the concert will take place on 03 November 2023 at 20:00. Ferhat Can Büyük will perform the famous Piano Concerto in A Minor Op.16, composed by Edward Grieg in 1868, accompanied by the Çukurova State Symphony Orchestra with the Bulgarian Conductor Nayden Todorov. The jury, consisting of music instructors from the leading conservatories of USA, Asia and Europe, delivered the meaningful "Beethoven Prize" award to F. Can Büyük with the appreciation of the best performance.
